Spain fusion – A view far beyond the end of your nose

For me, it is important to gain as much experience as possible when it comes to wine, food and enjoyment. To keep learning new things, to try out new things and possibly follow a path that harmoniously combines the specialities of the Weinahr with other regions.
That’s why I was extremely happy to be able to take part in spain fusion‘s premiere event in Germany.

On 13 and 14 November 2023 in Bonn, spain fusion presented the fascinating diversity of Spanish cuisine in an unprecedented way, with the clear aim of consolidating the excellent reputation of Spanish food and gastronomy in Germany. Well over 1,000 enthusiastic trade visitors took part in the two days at the Kameha Grand Hotel in Bonn.

This unique event format not only focused on the presentation of products, but also emphasised interaction and experience through rousing masterclasses and specialist presentations by renowned star chefs, top sommeliers and experts. Almost 100 premium Spanish products were presented, including various cheeses, truffles, caviar, cavas and, of course, wines, Jamón Ibérico, chorizo, vinegars from Jerez, olive oils and high-quality tinned fish.
